Milana S. Draughn is a founding attorney of the Law Office of Milana Draughn, LLC. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law (2004) and her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Bashkir State University, Russia (1996). Milana Draughn is licensed to practice law in Georgia and New York. She speaks fluent Russian which is her native language.
Prior to relocating to the United States in 2000 and subsequently becoming an attorney, Milana Draughn worked for a large multinational media company in Moscow, Russia for several years. This gave her a deep understanding of international business practices
and her business immigration client's needs.
As a naturalized U.S. citizen, Milana Draughn possesses both a professional and a personal insight into the immigration process to the United States of America. Having first come to the U.S. in 1995 as an academic exchange student and having later gone through the family-based immigration process herself, she is intimately familiar with both the legal and emotional aspects of the immigration process.
